Sunshine and Drought in January on the Central Coast of California...The inland valleys are full of migrating birds, hawks, and  muted tones in the wetlands. Meanwhile the coast has experienced sunbathing weather in the 70's with nearly non-stop sunshine,  gleaming ocean waves and colorful sunsets...
